Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the course to receive a full refund. If a course cancellation takes place less than 72 hours before the scheduled class a refund of your course fee will be issued, minus an administration/service fee of $55.00. If a cancellation is within 24 hours of a course there will be no refund. If you are registered and cancel a Blended Learning course and have begun the online section then 50% of course fee will be refunded. Some courses require a mandatory number of students. If we do not have the minimum number of participants we will reschedule the course to another date. We will work with individuals to choose a date for the rescheduled course. K Squared First Aid cannot guarantee that the desired rescheduled date will be accommodated. If the participant chooses to not attend the rescheduled course date or communicate another date of a scheduled course there will be no refund of course fees. If you miss the rescheduled date this will be a loss of fees at that time. As emergencies and serious life events do happen, we will on a case by case basis, using our sole discretion, allow a credit of your course fee to be applied to the same course. This credit will be valid for 30 days. If you do not rebook a course within those 30 days, the credit will be removed, and no refunds or credits will be given to the customer. The rebooked course date must also be within the 30 days. This credit can only be used once. If you cancel the rescheduled class, the credit will not be applied towards any further bookings and no refund or credit will be given at this point. Any booking after this will be at the regular course fee. If you are 30 minutes or later than the scheduled start time of your course, you will not be allowed to participate in the class, and all fees will be lost. If you do get in touch with us (email) with a valid reason for not being on time, then K Squared First Aid may allow late entry or credit of fees paid to another course taken within 30 days.
