* Covid-19 - If you are unable to attend the course due to reason related to Covid-19, your payment will be saved as a credit for when you are able to attend the course. Cancellations must be done 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the course. If a course cancellation takes place 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled class a refund of your course fee will be issued, minus an administration fee of $50 (plus tax). If a course cancellation is requested within 24 hours of a course, no refund will be issued. As emergencies and serious life events do happen, we will on a case by case basis, using our sole discretion, allow a credit of your course fee to be applied to the same course. This credit will be valid for 30 days. If you do not rebook a course within those 30 days, the credit will be removed, and no refunds or credits will be given to the customer. The rebooked course date must also be within the 30 days. This credit can only be used once. If you cancel the rescheduled class, the credit will not be applied towards any further bookings and no refund or credit will be given at this point. Any booking after this will be at the regular course fee. If you are 30 minutes or later than the scheduled start time of your course, you will not be allowed to participate in the class, and all fees will be lost. If you do get in touch with us (email) with a valid reason for not being on time, then K Squared First Aid may allow late entry or credit of fees paid to another course taken within 30 days. Weather (ie. snow) will not be considered a reason for not making it on time to a course. Check the weather and traffic reports, leave yourself ample time to arrive safely. Along with winter comes snow and bad roads - these things are to be expected, they will not be considered valid reasons for being late to a class. All correspondence is to be done by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Communication is important - we will take the time to listen to you and carefully consider all factors in your case if you take the time to communicate as best you can, at the earliest time possible. However, we have policies in place that need to be followed. If you disagree, you can request by email to discuss the matter with us further in person or over the phone. Any abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff of K Squared First Aid, or contractors hired by K Squared First Aid, will result in you not being offered a credit and fees will be lost.
